JUDGING CATEGORIES

There are 5 judging categories of food.
There will be awards given in 1st, 2nd, 3rd place of all 5 categories, plus the Grand Champion award based on points.
Each team must participate in all 4 meat categories to be eligible for the Grand Champion award.
In the event of a tie, details will follow.
The "sides" category is Chef's choice, meaning you can do a traditional side, a dessert, or something completely different, the choice is yours!

team Breakfast Delivery!

Since you will be up and tending to your smokers in the earlier hours, we are offering an optional breakfast add-on to be delivered to your tent area on Saturday morning.
There are three options:

Option 1 - a 9x13 pan of biscuits and gravy casserole ($20)
Option 2 - a 9x13 pan of ham, egg and cheese sliders ($20)
Option 3 - both option 1 and 2 ($35)

The cost will be added to your team captain's LPOA account.
This must be ordered at the time of your registration; it will not be available the morning of the event.
